Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviews computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested functionality is possible within existing system
• Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as required
• Prepares workflow charts and diagrams to specify in detail operations to be performed by equipment and computer programs and operations to be performed by personnel in system
• Conducts studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs
• Plans and prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development
• Assists with system updates/upgrades and corrects errors to maintain system after implementation
• May also prepare time and cost estimates for completing projects
• May also direct and coordinate work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs.

Seeking a Maintenance Mechanic / First Responder on night shift (5:45PM – 6:00AM) for all emergency and unplanned breakdowns associated with production lines. Pay starts at $29.18/hr plus $.70/hr shift premium.

Specific Job Duties & Tasks:

Consistently communicate service actions and equipment issues with operators, maintenance, and all corresponding departments (e.g., scheduling, processing, packaging, distribution)
Follow safety protocols and utilization documents (e.g., safety manuals, manufacturer instructions, diagrams, etc.)
Perform CILT (i.e., clean, inspect, lubricate, tighten) quality checks on production lines to ensure machinery is properly functioning
Prevent safety hazards and service requests via proper supervision, observation, and quality checks

Monitor several production lines or utilities systems (if working in utilities) simultaneously
Evaluate, test and maintain electrical wiring
