• Setup lathes by installing and adjusting three and four jawed chucks, tools, attachments, stops, and stock pullers
• Ability to align or home with use of a dial indicator
• Perform minor maintenance and replace consumables as required
• Perform inspections as required
• Work with team members and other team leaders to maintain constant workflow
• Work with 5S management team and other team members to develop, implement & maintain 5S process as needed
• Provide a positive work environment and encourage team member feedback
• Any other duties as assigned
