Position

1. Be the subject matter expert for this company’s high-tech equipment used in food processing operations (industrial scales, x rays, metal detectors, touch screens and labelers).
2. Provide service for scheduled jobs, emergency repairs and installations. Great opportunity to leverage your electronics skills and learn automation and network based controls.

Training and Compensation
Bizerba has a strong focus on training and setting up their Technicians for long term Success. These programs are not common amongst most companies and a great way to guarantee success with the right work ethic. Training will take place in Richmond, Virginia. You must be comfortable with being able to move to Richmond for the duration of the training Program. You will be provided with monthly living stipend and relocation assistance.

$50,000/yr for months 0-3: Full bore, intensive training in Richmond with Trainer and the team there. Must get certificate of completion and certification to advance to month 4.

$55,000/yr for months 4-6 (raise after 6 month review): Intensive peer to peer training with a designated partner in the field (more senior person) + certification in one product line outside of product group 22. Cannot advance past month 6 without agreement/sign-off from designated peer. After this IF the tech is ready we may relocate them at this time.

$60,000/yr after 1 year completed: Available to work alone in accounts. – – and then this would be your salary and would have an annual 1 year review thereafter. *this end salary clearly may have to be adjusted based on where the tech lives.
