• Leads the administration and advice for our GDLS-UAW master and local collective bargaining agreements, to include but not limited to grievances, arbitration and leadership training/guidance. • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on acquiring and retaining top talent and on building pipeline for future needs, including strategy for on-campus recruiting, technical colleges/trade schools, focused military recruitment initiatives and intern/ co-op programs
• Uses understanding of individual and organizational dynamics to facilitate diverse talent movement into and throughout the organization

• Focal point at the sites to interpret policies and procedures and provide policy guidance in a consistent manner

• Own the facilitation and participate in leader position interviews to identify and select the best pool of diverse applicants

Position Requirements:
• Must have Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree and/or HRCI certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus

Qualifications:
• Clean driving record
• Must have a clean criminal background check
• Must pass Random Drug and Alcohol testing

Physical Requirements:
• Standing long periods of time
• Walking
• Stooping and bending
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Working Conditions:
• Normal warehouse/transit environment
