• Own the facilitation and participate in leader position interviews to identify and select the best pool of diverse applicants

Position Requirements:
• Must have Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree and/or HRCI certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus
• Ten (10) or more years of HR experience or relevant business experience and three (3) years as a people leader is preferred
