Applying to a Program
Applications and transcripts for resident member district students will begin processing on the second Tuesday of February. Students should receive a tentative letter by April. Open Enrollment applications, students that reside outside of our 11 member school districts, will begin mid-April. Open Enrollment students should receive a tentative letter by May.
After final transcripts are received in June from all schools, students will receive their official notices, with an acceptance key, by the beginning of July. After receiving an official acceptance letter and key, instructors will contact students prior to the beginning of the school year.
After transcripts are confirmed, and you have been accepted into one of Apollo’s high school programs, you will receive a letter with your KEY to Apollo Career Center. Admission letters will be mailed throughout the summer and into August. Any other communication you may receive prior to receiving your key does not guarantee your admission.
Your instructor will be contacting you before the start of school to set up a visit at your home or at Apollo Career Center. There will also be updated information on this website throughout July and August.
If you are required to take summer school classes, work hard and finish strong! If your Apollo admission is based on passing summer school, you will receive your key in late July after grades are finalized and you have passed!
For each program, there is a $35 activity fee which can be paid with a check, cash, debit, or credit card. Please check back for more information on the required program tools.
You will need to fill out several forms, either at home before the open house or at the open house. If you fill them out beforehand you will save a lot of time during the open house. All forms are located below, including the free and reduced lunch application. For more information about the free and reduced lunch call Shelly Caudill at 419-998-2944. Return the form to 3325 Shawnee Rd., Lima, Ohio 45806 as soon as possible.
