Job Description:
FOOD SERVICE POSITION (High School) – 2.25 hrs./day DUTIES:

• Follows directions of the head cook
• Serves food efficiently
• Maintains pleasant personality to students and staff
• Maintains confidentiality
• Has thorough knowledge of cooking procedures
• Has knowledge of and adherence to sanitary standards
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Abilities with money, register system, and record keeping

  Food Service employees are required to take safety and sanitation & meal pattern classes within one year of being hired (classes are on-line, hours of attendance will not be reimbursed) plus 6 hours of annual continuing education/training each year after. ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Must be able to sub as Head Cook and have the ability to work longer hours as needed.
