In the first year, students are introduced to the fundamentals of automotive repair, including preventive maintenance, brake systems, suspension and steering, basic electrical systems, and engine repair. The second year builds on these foundations with a focus on automotive electrical systems, electronics, and engine performance diagnostics and repair.
