WELDERS / FABRICATORS Qualified Welder candidate must be highly motivated, detail oriented and a dependable team player Operates metal fabrication equipment in compliance with company operating procedures using MIG, TIG, ARC welding processes and performs a variety of basic manual tasks in the production and manufacturing of metal products. On-site weld test and math test will be required. Pay range $22-$28 - 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 6am -3:30pm Friday: 6am- 10am 2nd Shift (w/ 5% Premium) Monday- Tursday 3:25pm-1:25am VMW is an equal opportunity employer with excellent benefits and 401K plan.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings, blue prints, routers, Job Travelers, welding process specifications.
- Must be able to use simple/basic math, and basic hand-held measuring tools.
- Operates metal fabrication equipment in compliance with company operating procedures using MIG, TIG, ARC welding processes.
- Will be required to become military weld certified in MIG, TIG process and able to make some fixturing to meet print specifications.
- May required to grind, blast, torch, bend, robotic weld metal in compliance to company operating procedures.
- Required to accurately log in/out of jobs and report quantities completed/scrapped.
- Required to accurately complete material tagging / inventory requirements when moving parts.
- Able to verify material, set up job, report tolerance issues and quality issues.
- Required to maintain quality standards, ISO standards, Safety Standards per company policy.
- Perform daily scheduled maintenance and clean up procedures in department.
