Job Description:
Seeking STNA/RN/LPN applicants that are interested in working shifts in the Weekend Warrior Program. Staff will be expected to:

• Work 2 out of 3 weekends for a 3-week rotating schedule (12 hour shifts)
• Work every weekend for a 2-week rotating schedule (8 hour shifts)
• Work any holidays that occur on a weekend for which they are scheduled

Weekend Warriors will receive an additional $5.00 hourly rate, as well as weekend and shift differential amounts. Weekend Warriors are considered part-time employees and will accumulate PTO and be able to use that PTO for the equivalent of 2 full weekends per calendar year. Pay: $16.07 - $39.72 per hour
