Job Description:
White’s Honda Toyota of Lima is looking for a Warranties Administrator for our growing Service Department. Responsibilities

• Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, as the repair orders are closed
• Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution
• Must understand the full Automotive warranty process: including booking, coding, policy and procedure compliance
• Book the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations performed
• Informing the technician and department management of adjustments as they occur
• Manage manufacturers company policies and procedures in order to remain compliant with Honda and Toyota
• Establish and maintain a positive and productive relationship with the manufacturer’s the dealerships does business with

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warranty processing experience at either a car dealership, automotive leasing company, or state/county vehicle registration office.
• Previous Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Service experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass drug screening
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Must be insurable
