Job Description:
Responsibilities
  • Provides on-site customer services including installations, and preventative maintenance.
  • Provides input/feedback for continuous improvements and changes.
  • Provides installation and maintenance technician support for new machines in customer’s facilities.
  • Provide consistent contact and support for customers through on-site visits and ongoing communication.
  • Identify the root cause of machinery issues (electric or mechanical) and develop and execute remediation plans.
  • Partner with customers’ machinery operators, technicians, and production maintenance resources to ensure effective equipment operations.

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Field service: 2 years (Preferred but not required)
  • Mechanical AND Electrical: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Maintenance Technician: 2 years
Willingness to travel:
  • 50% (Preferred)
  • Service Vehicle Provided
