Responsibilities

• Comply too company policies and procedures and continuous improvement activities for the QMS.
• Maintain die shop areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Die maintenance
• Fixture maintenance
• Poke yoke development
• Trouble shoot and repair automated machines
• Documentation of work
• Stamping Press setup
• Dress tips
• Other duties as required by business needs

    Attendance Requirements Attendance is important; time off is to be scheduled by workload through supervisor Overtime is mandatory until tasks are completed     Training Requirements High School Diploma or GED Lockout /tagout Compliance Video Lockout/Tagout Affected Employees Video MSDS Training Video Welding Safety Video DFWP Policy Knowledge ISO Informative Training Quality Informative Training Forklift Safety Training Video   Skills Previous progressive tool & die repair/maintenance experience preferred   Weight Lifting (or other physical) Requirements to Perform the Duties of the Job Ability to stand and walk to meet shift requirements and all mandatory overtime Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically
