Job Description:
The primary duties of a toddler teacher include developing and implementing lesson plans, providing age-appropriate activities and materials, monitoring children's progress and behavior, communicating with parents about their child's development, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom. Successful toddler teachers are patient, energetic, and passionate about helping young children learn and grow.  

Qualifications:
Qualifications include: • Dependable and reliable • Prior teaching and childcare experience in early childhood education • Friendly and compassionate with high energy levels • Possessing a CDA (Child Development Associate certification) or currently working towards CDA (preferred but not required) • Remaining up-to-date on state requirements for physical examination, First-Aid, CPR, in-service training, etc.
