Qualifications:
Requirements: 

• Must have a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant certification 


• Prior experience in a long-term care facility is preferred but not required 


• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills 


• Must have a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents 

Responsibilities: 

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming 


• Monitoring residents' health and well-being and reporting any changes to the nursing staff 


• Assisting with mobility and transfers 


• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents 


• Following all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
