Job Description:
Liberty Retirement Community of Lima has an opportunity for you! We're hiring enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants to provide great care to friends in our community. Our facility provides short-term rehabilitation care, long-term care, ventilator/tracheotomy care, and memory care. With diverse settings to thrive in, you'll maximize your skills as an STNA and learn additional skills to keep you excited about the clinical success of friends we serve! • Perform duties in accordance with facility, federal, and state standards
• Perform Activities of Daily Living
• Familiarization with PointClickCare (PCC); ability to document care activities in online database

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/GED
• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification
• CPR/First Aid (May be acquired upon hire)
• Criminal background checks are completed prior to an offer of employment
• Employees are subject to random substance use testing after hire
