Job Description:
HealthFitness is looking for a Sports Official to join the recreation team at our corporate client site located in Marysville, OH.  In this position officiate the games and instruct players on the rules of the game as necessary. Schedule: 2 consecutive 1 hour games/matches up to 3 nights per week

Qualifications:
What you'll need to have
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Current Certification to Officiate Sport.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to first day of work.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with both children and adults.
  • Knowledge of standard rules of play of the game being played.
  • Active listening skills and ability to relate to and provide excellent customer service to participants and spectators.
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability make quick decisions, possess mature judgment, and sound decision-making.
  • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
