Job Description:

Job Type:   

  • Full-time/Part-Time  

  • Weekdays  



  • Second Shift 5:30p.m. – 2:00a.m.  

  • Weekend and overtime hours as directed by Operations Manager  


Objectives/Summary of Position:   

The primary goal of this position is the orderly, smooth, and efficient cleaning and sanitizing all plant production areas and equipment.  

Skill Requirements:  

  • Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation equipment, and supplies  

  • Physical strength  

  • Manual dexterity  

  • Ability to work quickly  

  • Awareness of chemical handling and safety  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Clean and sanitize all production equipment, machinery, conveyors, and areas  

  • Hose down, clean, and sanitize floors of the production area  

  • Empty all trash containers  

  • Notify supervisor of necessary equipment maintenance and repairs  



  • Use time wisely  

  • Complete chemical handling training  

  • Complete lock out/tag out training  

  • Company provided pallet jack training as needed  

  • Assume pre-op duties as required  



  • Maintain a good attitude toward all fellow team members  

  • Maintain an active interest in improving performance level  

  • Actively maintains high personal sanitary measures by following the established guidelines  

  • Maintain a good attendance record and report to work on time 

  • Perform related duties as apparent or assigned  



  • Demonstrate an active interest and positive safety attitude  

  • Demonstrate an active interest in producing quality products/services  


Physical Requirements:  

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as needed and push 100 lbs.  

  • Must be able to withstand an environment that is damp and humid  


Wage: $16.00 per hour
