Job Description:
Job Summary: Bluffton Paving, Inc., located in Bluffton, Ohio, is looking for an experienced Roller Operator. Bluffton Paving, Inc. is a non-union paving contractor working in the fields of commercial and public asphalt paving, including ODOT projects, in northwestern Ohio. Work is seasonal.   Required Qualifications: 

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically a roller
• Travel and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends, during the season
• A CDL driver’s license is preferred
