Job Description:
This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all township owned property and equipment.  It is a blend of administrative, supervisory, and skilled, hands on labor.  It is full time with the majority of time spent in the Road Department with additional responsibilities in the Cemetery Department.  Maintain roads, ditches and cemeteries as needed.  The full description can be obtained upon request by emailing the Township at [email protected] or calling the Township Garage at 419-358-4897.

Qualifications:
Basic computer skills such as email correspondence, creating and printing documents.  Possession of or the ability to obtain Class B State of Ohio Commercial Driver's License (CDL) at township expense with service commitment.  Ability to be called out after or before normal working hours as needed.  Ability to attend various training sessions and workshops as necessary.  Must be in good physical condition, with the ability to pass all required physical exams and drug testing as required by the State of Ohio and or the Township Trustees or associates, including random drug testing.  Must hold a valid State of Ohio Driver's License and have a clean driving record.  Must pass a criminal background check.  Must possess or be able to obtain an Ohio Commercial Pesticide Applicator's License.
