Job Description:
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in glass installation and fabrication, with experience in construction environments. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass in various structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.   Schedule: M-TR 8am-5pm   Pay Range: $25 per hour   Duties:

• Install glass in windows, doors, and other structures as per specifications
• Measure and cut glass, mirror, and laminate to appropriate dimensions
• Tear down frames for insulated glass unit installation
• Automotive glass replacement a plus
• Perform caulking and sealing to ensure weatherproofing and insulation
• Pattern cutting glass and mirror
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment on construction sites

  Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proven experience as a Glazier or in a similar role within the industry
• Proficiency with hand tools and equipment used in glass installation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to glass handling and installation
