Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Quality Parts Inspector to check the quality of all incoming and outgoing products. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards and precision measurement equipment is essential. We will train the right candidate as needed. Responsibilities

• Read, analyze, and interpret CAD prints.
• Experience and proficient with gage calibration, height gage, calipers, Keyence, Micro-vu and Rockwell.
• Verify print matches part and material used is correct.
• Document various inspection elements: dimensional, tolerances and finish quality on part during production and upon completion ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and industry standards.
• Able to follow established procedures and approved processes in documenting parts.
• Notify supervisor of quality/tolerance/reject issues.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers about inspections.
• Customer service experience
• Must have a high attention to detail and able to work with engineering department to define problems and implement improvements.
• Must be computer literate in MS Windows and MS Office.
• Must have good mathematical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained
• Investigate quality problems in production or testing processes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
• Maintain Quality Assurance document control consistent with ISO 9001
