• Assist in answering phones, taking messages, and redirecting to the proper channels
• Assist Office Manager with various duties befitting an administrative assistant
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Maintain file organization
• Prepare and process credit, debit, check, or cash payments
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate with team members efficiently
• File documents into their proper places

  Requirements:

• Strong work-ethic
• A willingness to learn
• A driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Consistently and reliably show up to work
• Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Professional experience as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary
