Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to support the introduction and continued growth of an exciting new service line.   Key responsibilities may include:

• Supporting providers with patient intake and clinical workflow
• Obtaining and documenting medical histories, vital signs, and other patient information
• Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with procedures within the employee’s training and authorized scope
• Coordinating appointments, follow-up care, and patient communications
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
• Following HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and workplace safety standards
• Assisting with supplies, inventory, and the day-to-day coordination of the new service line
• Providing a compassionate, professional, and positive patient experience

  Medical office or clinical experience.   LPN applicants must hold a current, unrestricted Ohio nursing license. Experience in aesthetics, wellness, women’s health, weight management, IV infusion and blood draw experience or a related medical setting is preferred.   WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
