Job Description:
Rohrs MFG is an OEM Manufacturing company, specializing in fertilizer and tillage equipment. We look for employees who understand the big picture of an organizations goals and have the willingness to help out wherever needed. Responsibilities

• Create and edit drawings in Solidworks along with converting Custom properties to up-to-date properties.
• Convert and nest parts within Radan for maximum utilization
• Create assembly kits within excel and Radan.
• Manage the BOM for assemblies ranging from sheet metal, structural tubing, DOM, nuts, bolts, bearings, etc.
• Scheduling the BOM to be cut for projects.
• Complete projects to customer specifications.
• Design new components, systems, mechanisms, structures, and more
• Design products that meet tootling and manufacturability constraints
• Optimize designs for cost, quality, and performance
• Communicate with several departments and supervisors to harness all ideas and suggestions
• Make the best proactive decisions to produce the best end results

Qualifications:
