Job Description

The industrial maintenance technician is responsible for conducting various maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.  It includes installation and inspection of machines and electrical equipment, as well as PM to ensure the equipment remains operational. Work hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime available. Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older - Have reliable transportation - Be drug-free - Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be detail-oriented - Be willing to work hard and have fun while doing it Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting non-functioning equipment - Dismantles machinery and replaces defective parts - Ability to work with single & 3 phase electricity - Ability to understand electrical circuits and read/interpret electrical drawings - Ability to test & troubleshoot electrical circuits - Ability to solder and make electrical connections - Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting & measuring various instruments - Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies - Trains production workers on routine PM - Provides mechanical maintenance info by answering questions & requests - Prepares maintenance reports - Performs general maintenance on air compressors, fork lifts and other mechanical equipment Pay is determined upon experience. - Vacation - Medical insurance - Holidays - 401K - Quarterly bonus - Attendance awards - Free life insurance - Free vision and dental insurance - Employee discounts - Health savings account - Many other benefits offered Job Type: Full-time
