From herbal remedies to body care and supplements, every product is crafted with integrity, supported by research, and produced in-house.   Job Overview The Facility Team at Earthley is seeking a Maintenance Technician who can support the upkeep and functionality of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This individual will carry out preventive maintenance, perform routine inspections, assist in equipment installation, and help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. We seek a hands-on problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a willingness to jump-in wherever needed.   Objectives of This Role
  • Ensure continuous operation of facilities and manufacturing equipment through proactive maintenance
  • Minimize downtime by identifying and resolving maintenance issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for all team members
  • Support cross-functional teams by helping with facility-related needs and improvements
  Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and accurately document them in maintenance software
  • Troubleshoot and repair building systems, mechanical equipment, and production machinery
  • Install/ change parts and assist with equipment set-ups or reconfigurations
  • Assist with installing furniture, fixing hardware malfunctions, patching walls, painting, and seasonal upkeep (e.g., snow/ice removal)
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
  • Follow verbal and written instructions, manuals, and blueprints
  • Load and unload equipment or materials when needed
  • Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor, team members, and outside vendors or contractors
  Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Ability to follow preventative maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Experience using maintenance software (Limble preferred)
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, basic building codes, and OSHA standards
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform manual labor, including standing, climbing, bending, and pushing
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more years of experience in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrical work
  • Certification in building maintenance or mechanical systems is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
