Now Hiring Machine Operator Van Wert, OH Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour $2500 sign-on bonus offered at Hire-On Shift Options: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM OR Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM 3rd Shift | Sunday Night-Thursday Night, 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM OR Monday Night-Thursday Night, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM *Training will be on 1st Shift.  Run the Gear. • High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.
• Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations.
• Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding safety standards. Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to verify accuracy and consistency.
