Job Description:
•Maintain a safe working environment including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and compliance with all safety rules and established procedures. •Support product and manufacturing design as needed. •Train and mentor machine & saw area team members as required. •Direct the manufacturing process, safety, maintenance, quality methods and procedures •Has the authority to plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors •Review and analyze production, quality, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of non-conformity with product specifications or production problems •Aid in resolving tooling related problems. •Design special tooling and fixtures as needed. •Assist in the development and maintenance of spare tooling, details, and parts for all new existing tools, fixtures, and special equipment as needed •Aid in machine programing and setup. •Work with team members and other team leaders to maintain constant workflow. •Work with 5S management team and other team members to develop, implement & maintain 5S process as needed. •Provide a positive work environment and encourage team member feedback.

Qualifications:
•Minimum associate’s degree or Journeyman’s Card preferred. •Knowledgeable Microsoft Office & Gibbs CAM software •Positive attitude and positive leader •Knowledgeable of CNC machine controls and programing •Knowledgeable of hand gauges and tools (calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, etc.) •Strong computer, organizational, written and communication skills.
