Job Description:
Raabe Ford Lincoln is seeking entry-level lube, oil & filter technicians with rapid growth opportunities available.  

We work with high school, college, and adult education class schedules.  

  

If you have an interest in becoming a fully ASE-Certified Technician, we have an apprenticeship program that provides a road map to get you there.  

Our processes are clearly defined and easy to follow.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

• Perform Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Tire Dismount/Mount & Balancing, Brake Pad & Rotor Inspection, check & refill fluid levels & overall safety check 


• General Inspection of vehicle operations and components and communicate any abnormal wear & tear directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if additional attention is needed 


• Complete online multi-point inspection report card when each service is finished 

 

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Have a basic knowledge of automotive maintenance  


• Good Listener & Fast Learner  


• Follow Processes & Procedures  

• Communication skills  


• Team Player  


• Computer literate  


• Valid driver’s license, with good record 


• Pass a drug screening
