• Gathers, collates, and communicates clinical data regarding resident status and condition

• Familiarization with PointClickCare (PCC); ability to document care activities in online database

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current, unencumbered licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Ohio.
• CPR/First Aid (May be acquired upon hire)
• All staff and contractors are required to wear appropriate face coverings while inside the facility. It is the company's policy that employees are vaccinated against the Coronavirus 19.
