Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Grillers Tavern standards
• Accurately cook and plate orders in a timely manner
• Assist with daily food prep (cutting, portioning, stocking, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout your shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help with end-of-shift cleaning and kitchen closing duties
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Evening and Weekend availability
