We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead PreK Teacher to join our team and play a key role in guiding young learners during this critical stage of development.   Position Summary: The Lead PreK Teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing a comprehensive early childhood education program aligned with state standards and the developmental needs of preschool children. This individual will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.   Qualifications:
  • Early childhood background and experience
  • CDA credential and/or degree in early childhood education
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities based on developmental milestones and learning standards
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor and document student progress and provide regular updates to parents and caregivers
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
  • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff
  • Collaborate with colleagues and administrators on curriculum planning and school events
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
