Job Description:

Are you interested in working for an established, growing company with advancement opportunities?   Employment Type: All positions, Full Time, Part Time, Seasonal   Job Titles: Lawn and Landscape Technicians   Compensation: $17-$19/hr based on position experience   Croy’s Mowing is a complete lawn and landscape management company looking for people to fill multiple job openings in the Lima, Ottawa, and Findlay areas.   Job responsibilities will include the following:

• Mowing, Trimming, and other lawn care duties
• Shrub and Tree Trimming
• Mulching
• Seasonal Cleanup
• Small planting and installation projects
• Other tasks as assigned

  Knowledge and skills needed to best fill this role:

• Some experience with zero-turn, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other related equipment preferred, but not necessary *We believe strongly that our on-the-job training can catch up any employee with the right attitude*
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and able to take directions
• Deliver quality work and work well on a team
• Ability to regularly perform moderate physical activities
