Job Description:
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations and lead our on-site team. In this role, you will be the bridge between management and the crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you love working outdoors, know how to handle heavy equipment, and can motivate a team to take pride in their work, we want to hear from you.   Key Responsibilities:   Team Leadership & Project Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate a 2–4 person crew on residential and commercial job sites.
• Review daily job folders/schedules, delegate tasks to crew members, and manage time efficiently to hit project deadlines.
• Maintain high workmanship standards, ensuring properties are left clean and projects match blueprints or client specifications.

  Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Confidently and safely operate skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, commercial zero-turn mowers, and standard power tools (weed eaters, blowers, chainsaws).
• Perform daily checks on oil, fluids, and grease points; ensure all equipment and trailers are properly secured before transport.

  Safety & Communication:

• Enforce proper safety procedures on site, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe loading/unloading practices.
• Professionally address client questions or concerns on-site and communicate progress updates back to the management team.
