Industrial Electrical/Maintenance Technician Position Summary: Ross Aluminum is currently seeking a full-time Industrial Electrical/Maintenance Technicians to join the team in the Sidney, OH area. The Industrial Electrical/Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities located onsite at the business. Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment - Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify electrical issues - Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in electrical installations - Interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams - Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete projects - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training is preferred - Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician/Maintenance Technician or similar role - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and logic controllers - Ability to weld and perform stick welding as needed - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Mechanically inclined with the ability to trouble shoot machine repairs and ability to fix issues - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities: Perform electrical/maintenance work on all industrial buildings, and machine repairs including but not limited to reading blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatics upkeep, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, etc. Ensure that all plumbing lines are repaired and replaced before a new unit opens Perform routine maintenance on all electrical systems including but not limited to light bulb replacement, switch replacement, circuit breaker replacement, machinery, etc. Complete work orders Follow all safety requirements Perform other duties as assigned per management Salary: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits:

Qualifications:
Requirements: A minimum of two years of related experience in the field and/or training may be used in lieu of a degree in industrial building maintenance, electrical, mechanical machine repairs or property maintenance, HVAC or similar field. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays. Must be willing and able to work overtime and/or weekends if needed. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
