Job Description:
As a Field general laborer with our company, you will become part of a team of stellar employees who are highly valued and skilled. We are a family owned and operated business dedicated to performing quality work and providing outstanding service to our customers. This role will be great for anyone who wants to learn the fabrication, welding, and millwright skillsets and grow with a family-oriented company committed to hard work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with Millwrights, Fabricators, and other field personnel to complete projects
• Provide a helping hand with Press Brakes, Shears, rolls if working in the shop
• Work safely while in the field completing various tasks on customer sites
• Self-develop and learn the skills needed to advance in the industry as a field employee
• Attend and obtain knowledge in all trainings provided to follow Safety policies
• Be able to work well with other team members
• Become fluent with operating power industrial equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and Aerial Lifts
• Organize and clean your work area at the end of the day

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining company tools while using them
• Participate in the processes of continuous improvement
• Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization’s goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, Ability, Education, Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Various Construction experience is preferred
• The ability to read blueprint drawings is preferred
• Detail oriented and strong math skills
• High level of energy and motivation
• Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend and holiday work when required
• Must comply with QWF core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Required – Valid Driver's license or reliable transportation to the jobsite or shop
