Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated General Contractor/Laborer to support construction projects from start to finish. This role involves assisting with a variety of remodeling, addition, and exterior projects while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. Responsibilities include performing hands-on construction tasks, following direction from supervisors, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with team members and homeowners while adapting to the day-to-day needs of each project.

Qualifications:
- High school senior or recent graduate (or equivalent)
- Strong interest in construction, skilled trades, or hands-on work
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to show up on time and maintain consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and crew leaders
- Basic math skills (measuring, fractions, reading a tape measure preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Comfortable using or learning basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license
