Position Overview: We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated General Contractor with experience in concrete work, building pads, drainage systems, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate is not afraid of hard work, is responsible, and can work independently or as part of a team. Mechanical skills are essential for this role. - Perform concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing
- Construct building pads and install drainage systems
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Proven experience in concrete work, building pads, drainage, and heavy equipment operation
- Strong mechanical skills
- Experience pulling trailers is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- CDL preferred but not required
- Good driving record
- Must be physically capable of performing demanding labor
- Reliable transportation to and from Shop
- Competitive pay based on experience
