About Us: We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Surgical Technician to join our dedicated clinical team at Case Center for Surgery & Endoscopy in Lima, Ohio. What We Offer: We value our employees' hard work and dedication, which is why we offer a competitive compensation package starting on day one, with expanded benefits after 90 days: • Competitive Pay: $22.00 per hour to start • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 bonus • Paid Time Off: 7 paid vacation days (eligible after 90 days) • Holiday Pay: 7 paid holidays (eligible after 90 days) • Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage offered after 90 days Key Responsibilities: As a Surgical Tech at Chase Center for Surgery & Endoscopy, you will play a vital role in maintaining a seamless, efficient flow for our outpatient procedures. Your daily responsibilities will include: • Room Preparation: Setting up and preparing procedure rooms with the necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies. • Procedure Assistance: Providing hands-on assistance to physicians and nursing staff during endoscopy procedures. • Equipment Care: Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining endoscopes and other surgical instruments according to strict safety protocols. • Inventory Management: Helping monitor, organize, and manage clinical inventory and supply levels. • Patient Support: Assisting the nursing team with patient needs to ensure a comfortable and positive experience from intake to discharge. Qualifications & Skills: • Previous experience as a Surgical Tech or Endoscopy Tech is preferred, but we welcome all qualified applicants with a strong clinical foundation. • Highly organized • Dependable • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment. • A strong, patient-centered mindset with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
