Job Summary
On a typical workday, you’ll make customer visits and utilize company-provided trucks and tools to service, calibrate, and repair commercial and industrial weighing equipment. This role involves working with a broad range of industrial customers, both indoors and outdoors, where attention to detail and customer interaction are key.

- Comprehensive training on scale products, mechanical systems, and electrical components.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals to guide you as you work in the field.
- Certification as a Scale Technician upon successful completion of the program.
- Beyond certification, you’ll have opportunities to grow into senior technician roles or pivot into other areas of the business, such as IT systems data networking, sales, or customer support.
- A strong foundation in mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
- An understanding of working efficiently and safely in varied environments.
- Complete the scale technician onboarding program, including training and mentorship
- Master the fundamentals of the scale industry and our professional standards.
- Learn to work with scale products and their mechanical/electrical components.
- Provide outstanding service to industrial customers, ensuring their weighing equipment operates smoothly and accurately.

- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of basic computer-related skills such as using the internet, mobile devices, and e-mail software.
- High school diploma or GED.
