Elida Road Tire Service has been servicing the Lima, Elida and surrounding area for 40+ years. Elida Road Tire Service was started by Brian and Diana Neeley back in 1980. They have built a business based on trust, honesty and family values and are dedicated to the customer. Job Duties:

• Routine Maintenance and Tire Service, including:
• Oil and fluid changes / top-offs
• Tire mounting, balancing, and repair
• Tire rotations and pressure checks
• Basic vehicle safety inspections
• Battery testing and replacement
• Air and cabin filter replacements
• Keeping shop bays clean, organized, and safe

Job Requirements:

• Basic mechanical knowledge
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Committed to working long-term
• Willing to train and grow skills
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to lift heavy tires and equipment regularly
• Must have previous experience. Of at least 1 year working in another shop of the same industry.

Schedule:

• 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. M – F
• No Saturdays or Sundays

Pay:

• Competitive Pay, Based upon experience.
