Job Description:
Data Entry Administrator VMW is looking for a highly motivated individual who is organized and trustworthy with great time management skills and a strong work ethic to help with the overall business of running a busy manufacturing facility. Must have attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, critical thinking, and excellent computer skills. Duties will include

• Preparing and entering production jobs.
• Maintain complete, accurate and orderly records
• Clerical functions: typing, filing, scanning, answering phone
• Act as liaison between customers and VMW
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must be discreet and confidential with all information
• Willing to learn and interpret drawings / blue prints.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication and production is a plus.
• Two-year degree or experience
