Job Summary: Beauty by Jill Salon & Spa is seeking talented, licensed Cosmetologists to offer beauty and wellness services as independent contractors. Main St. Lima, OH 45801 Job Type: Independent Contractor   Schedule: Flexible (full or part-time based on client bookings)   Services May Include

• Haircutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
• Waxing and hair removal
• Skincare services and facials
• Makeup application
• Brow and lash services
• Additional licensed cosmetology services

  Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional salon services aligned with your expertise
• Independently manage scheduling, payment collection, and client communication
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
• Supply and care for your own tools and professional products
• Adhere to all state licensing and health regulations
• Maintain a positive, professional presence within the salon

  Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Cosmetology License
• Previous salon experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, motivated, and business-minded
