Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in barns and barndominiums. This role requires expertise in working with concrete slab foundations (as it relates to plumbing type work), water supply systems, and drainage solutions tailored to agricultural and residential structures. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain plumbing systems for barns and barndominiums, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Plan and execute plumbing layouts based on blueprints and project specifications.
• Conduct rough-in plumbing before concrete slab pouring to ensure proper placement of pipes and fixtures.
• Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pressure irregularities.
• Work with various materials such as PVC, PEX, copper, and galvanized steel pipes.
• Install and repair water heaters, sinks, toilets, showers, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with construction teams to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into new builds and renovations.
• Provide cost estimates and material recommendations for plumbing projects to management as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid plumbing license or certification (if required by state regulations) or ability to gain needed qualifications to pass inspections.
