Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in barns and barndominiums. This role requires expertise in wiring for agricultural and residential structures, ensuring compliance with safety codes, and integrating modern electrical solutions into new builds and renovations. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical systems for barns and barndominiums, including wiring, outlets, lighting, and circuit breakers.
• Plan and execute electrical layouts based on blueprints and project specifications.
• Conduct rough-in electrical work before drywall.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues, including faulty wiring, power outages, and circuit malfunctions.
• Work with various electrical components such as panels, transformers, and generators.
• Install and repair electrical fixtures, including lighting, fans, and heating systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with construction teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into new builds and renovations.
• Provide cost estimates and material recommendations for electrical projects.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience and understanding as an electrician, preferably in barn or barndominium construction.
• Knowledge of electrical systems for agricultural and residential structures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid electrician license or certification (if required by state regulations) to pass inspections and permits as needed or ability to obtain one as needed.
