• Perform concrete finishing tasks, ensuring smooth and durable surfaces that meet project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete, utilizing tools such as concrete mixers and pumps.
• Engage in rebar installation and concrete forming to create strong structures.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and layout.
• Collaborate with team members on renovation, restoration, and hardscape projects.
• Conduct heavy lifting and assist with the operation of heavy equipment when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Basic qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction tasks.
• Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques, masonry, plastering, and tile laying.
• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the workday.
• Experience with carpentry, including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing.
• Valid Driver's License required
• Background check required

Preferred qualifications

• Background in construction estimating or project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of caulking techniques and flooring installation methods.
• Previous experience on construction sites with an understanding of safety regulations.
• Commercial driving experience or relevant certifications is advantageous.
