Job Description:
Equipment Operator We are hiring experienced equipment operators to run excavation machinery for residential and commercial projects. Ideal candidates have experience with grading, trenching, and GPS/laser systems and are willing to assist with general labor tasks when needed.   Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.)
• Knowledge of grading, trenching, and site prep
• Experience with GPS/laser systems preferred
• Ability to read site plans is a plus
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to multitask and assist with other duties
