Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 per week Shift and schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Year round work About Us We are a locally owned construction company seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Renovator to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position offering competitive pay and great benefits. What You’ll Do As part of our team, you’ll use your knowledge and craftsmanship to handle a variety of renovation and construction tasks, including:

• Building and framing walls
• Installing trim, cabinetry, windows, and doors
• Installing electrical devices and fixtures
• Installing plumbing fixtures
• Drywall repair and painting (small projects)
• Siding and exterior surface installation/repair

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be experienced, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Required Skills & Abilities:

• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision and within a team environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry/renovation
• Personal tools
• Valid driver’s license (no recent major violations)
