  Job Type: Full-Time, Day Shift   Pay: Based on Experience   Location: 1060 Bellefontaine Ave. Lima, OH 45805   Job Description: Plush Cookie Co. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality baked goods, with a focus on our signature cookies. If you love baking and want to be part of a fun, creative environment, we’d love to hear from you!   Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of cookies and other baked goods according to established recipes.
• Ensure all products meet our quality standards for taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Support the setup and cleanup of the baking area before and after shifts.
• Complete packaging and labeling of cookies.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

• Previous baking or culinary experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Must be flexible with availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
