Job Description:
We are seeking a Skilled Technician to join our team at Gomer Auto. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auto and diesel. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service. This shop is heated and air-conditioned. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs. • Interpret and work to troubleshoot electrical systems. • Operate and maintain heavy equipment. • Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and implement solutions • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. • Document all repairs in accordance with company policies. • Collaborate with other technicians to improve overall operational efficiency Requirements: • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills. • Valid Driver’s License. • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in field. • Familiarity with both auto and diesel repairs. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Have own tools. • 2+ years of experience in Mechanical or Automotive field preferred.
